Application form for non-Danish exhibitors:
Application for NORDIA 2012 is done by filling in this application form. Please send the filled in form to you commissioner by mail (or scan it and send it by email).

Please note:
- The commissioners are to send in the application forms so Nordia 2012 receives them by March 1 2012. Please send in the application in due time for your commissioner to pass them on.
- Please also send in an introduction page/ title page
- Please write the number of the exhibit's competition class on the application form:
